We sell seasoned hardwood logs from storm-damaged woodland on the Grey Abbey Estate.
Firewood is predominantly from ash, oak, beech, lime and sycamore trees and has been a proven source of heat on the Estate for generations.
The Estate woodland comprises ancient and more recently planted stands of hardwood and softwood and is an important resource of natural biodiversity in the heart of the Ards Peninsula.
Proceeds from firewood sales allow us to replant storm damaged areas and secure this important natural environment for future generations.
